POSTAGE

Where packaging has been supplied by the designer/manufacturer this will be used.

UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery with insurance or Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance up to £500 depending on the customers preference.

DELIVERY TIMES UK

Next Day Delivery on all orders made with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for First Class Recorded Delivery.

OVERSEAS

Postage to International addresses are sent by International Signed For with insurance of up to £500. Overseas delivery usually takes 5 - 7 working days.

The shipping cost does not include import taxes, duties or tariffs levied by individual countries.

You will be able to track your order in the UK and overseas (some countries are not tracking compliant) and you will be requested to sign for your package once it arrives. I Love My Handbag uses a third party supplier to deliver orders and as such we cannot guarantee delivery times for First Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK or International Signed For.

We will not accept liability for delays that are incurred once responsibility for delivery has passed to the courier. I Love My Handbag will however do everything we can to make sure you receive your order within the stated timescales.

Once your order has been accepted we aim to despatch your item(s) within 48 hours, check your email as we will send you notification as soon as your product(s) has been sent.
