PAYMENT TERMS
Orders that are in stock will be posted within 24 hours of the payment clearing.
You can pay by credit/debit card over our secure internet payment site or by cheque. We process all credit/debit card payments through Paypal, the same system used by Ebay and hundreds of other sites. It's easy to use and completely secure due to PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention measures and one-of-a-kind method of keeping your financial information private, making it one of the safest ways to pay online. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus shipping charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via email. Payment can be made by any of the specified payment methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time you submit your orderif paying by Credit/Debit card. If paying by cheque your order wil be dispatched after your cheque has cleared (3 - 5 working days).
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authrise payment to us or if we have not received your payment by any other methods stated above, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of products ordered by you.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The contract between you and us will be completed on the despatch of the goods oredered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Each item has been handmade to the highest possible standard, however, if you receive an item that is faulty we will give a refund on condition that it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in an unused state, in the original packaging and posted Royal Mail first class recorded.
2. The sale contract is therfore completed in England.
3. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Cancellations of goods made in writing within 3 working days of submitting the order to I Love My Handbag will be fully refunded within 30 days unless they have already dispatched.
All orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
If you return an item in an unsused condition in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery we will refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange, we regret that postage, packing and handling are direct costs and cannot be refunded, please note that I Love My Handbag does not pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty (see below).

FAULTY GOODS
We take great care to ensure the quality of the products we supply but should they prove to be faulty we will replace or refund the value of the goods in full. Please send faulty goods to the address above.
I Love My Handbag cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so advise returning the goods using Special Delivery or Registered Post. For faulty goods I Love My Handbag will refund return postage costs by cheque within 30 days.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Every effort is made to ensure that all our products are represented as close to their true colour as possible in the photos, however, any colour variation there might be will be slight.
If you see a bag on the website that has been sold but you want one, email us and we will endevour to order an item that is similar for you. This could take up to 8 weeks depending on location of supplier.
We are sourcing on lots more bags so keep checking back. To make doubly sure you don't miss anything then why not join our mailing list and be amongst the first to know when new bags, jewellery and accessories are added.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order accaeptance policy and availability. If the product you have ordered is not available you will be contacted by email and you will have the option to either wait until the item is available or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligance on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party precures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in Us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information We place on the Website, We make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy [and it is your responsibility to check that the Product(s) ordered by You match the description provided by Us in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy.

We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the availability of the Website to You, or that any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website at a particular time.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
Except as provided below, in relation to the Products You order through the Website, our liability is limited to refunding the cost of the Products paid by You.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
SEVERANCE AND SURVIVAL
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be several from these Conditions and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Conditions. No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We intend that these Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Scent and Sensibility Ltd and you the customer is expected to do.
You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, You have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of the Conditions and you agree that, save as set out below, you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation.
Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
LAW
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
